What a crazy morning we had....

Aaron brought Morgan into the bathroom this morning after starting to change her diaper. She had slept all night so her diaper was pretty wet. He was wondering about bathing her again (we do baths at night on school nights because there isn't time in the morning). We decided to just do a "spot bath" and then dress her due to time constraints.

Get your mental image ready...

Here I am, half dressed getting ready for work. I had to stop getting ready to go and find her something to wear (you know how guys can't make clothing decisions). We left the twins in the bathroom unattended. What a surprise I received when I walked back in.

I walk back into the bathroom to find both of my children finger painting the carpet with the pooh Morgan has so kindly deposited on the floor. Morgan has pooh all over her leg, foot, arm and hand (yuck)! Needless to say, both babies got a shower this morning.

So in my remaining 30 minutes I had before I had to leave for work, I got to dry off both babies, diaper them (not making that mistake again) and dress them, dress me, dry my hair, dry the twins hair, make my lunch....

All of this before 7am and I hadn't had any coffee yet!!!

Moral of the story...never leave an undiapered toddler alone!!!
