AXLE IS HERE

I am excited to announce the arrival of Axle, our new Rottie puppy. He was born May 16th. We get to go and meet him on Wednesday and I can't wait. He was about an hour old in this picture. He will get to come home mid July.

Riding In The Convertible

Ashley and I switched cars for a couple of months so that I could play in the nice weather in the convertible. Morgan LOVES it. She waves at people and claps her hands. Jake didn't like it at first, but has gotten used to it now.

Live Concert

Dagmar and I went to the Live Concert last week at the House of Blues down in Dallas. It was an awesome concert!

Paps New Lawn Mower

Morgan and Jake got to ride on Pap's new ride on lawn-mower when Aaron took them to visit 2 weeks ago. I hear that Jake had quite the temper tantrum when it was put away!!!

Playtime at Firewheel Mall

We enjoyed some playtime at the playground at firewheel mall. There is a little train that they can play in. Both kiddos had lots of fun until Jake threatened to bite Morgan and had to sit with me in a time out.

Bubble Lawn Mower

This caused quite an argument!!! As you can see, both Morgan and Jake both wanted to play with it. This one belongs to their friend Austin, but after we left there house, we had to go and buy two!

Kid Country

We enjoyed Kid Country park in Coppell with Morgan and Jake. They both love the big slides, and want to keep going on them over and over!

Ridem' Cowgirl

Morgan enjoyed her first ride on a "horse" before we met some friends for dinner at La Hacienda Ranch. Once again, Jake didn't want his picture taken!

Lucy

Aaron and I have decided to get a new Rottweiler puppy. We searched for a good breeder and were lucky to find one in Sachse, a town close to our house. The picture of the dog on the couch is Lucy, our babies mom and the dogs that are outside (the middle dog) is Lucy's daughter from her last litter. She looks just like Remington. We have been able to visit Lucy every week during her pregnancy. Our puppy will actually be the grandson of the #1 Rottie in the US!!!! We are so excited!

Ashley Came To Town

Ashley came in town for Nickleback concert about a month ago. We enjoyed crab legs over at one of Ashley's friends house (Brent) on Friday, and then went to the concert on Saturday. We had lots of fun.

Arboretum

My friend Dagmar and I took Morgan and Jake to the Dallas Arboretum about a month ago when Aaron had gone hunting one weekend. We all really enjoyed walking around and looking at the flowers. The weather was beautiful! Jake's favorite part was when he discovered what Dr Pepper was. I couldn't get my cup off him after that (fortunately it was mostly gone and watered down by then).

Bluebonnets

Once again I am not picking favorites. Jake was in a super bad mood when we were taking these pictures. I don't think we were able to get one of him smiling with 4 different cameras. He never even made it into his outfit change. These were taken down at Grammy and Pap's.

Big Beds

Aaron decided that it was time to move Morgan and Jake to their toddler beds about 2 months ago....It has been trying on us all. Some days are really good and they go right to sleep, other days we have to go and put them back in bed 3-4 times. Naps are also a challenge...I guess playing in your room and jumping on the bed is way more fun than a nap!!!
